Our role is to understand the physical movement of the cargo and the contractual responsibility surrounding it before approaching the market. Particular attention may be given to insured values, packing and handling, route, transhipment, storage, accumulation, claims history and geopolitical exposure.

Where a loss occurs, Marasco remains involved in the insurance process, coordinating the relevant documentation, survey and communication required to pursue the claim.
